白三烯A-4水解酶，又稱LTA-4水解酶、白三烯A（4）水解酶、LTA4H或LTA4，是一種細胞質蛋白，屬於勝肽酶M1家族。 LTA4H 水解白三烯 A4（LTA-4）的環氧部分，形成白三烯 B4（LTB-4）。該酶還具有一些肽酶活性。白三烯 (LT) 是一類結構相關的脂質介質，參與發炎和過敏反應的發展和維持。在LT的生物合成過程中，花生四烯酸被轉化為不穩定的中間體環氧化物LTA4，後者又可能與穀胱甘肽結合形成致痙攣的LTC4，或是在白三烯A4水解酶（LTA4H）催化的反應中水解成促發炎脂質介質LTB4。 LTB4 是人類嗜中性球的經典趨化劑，可觸發白血球黏附和聚集於血管內皮，並調節免疫反應。 LTA4H作為一種雙功能鋅金屬酶，除了具有環氧化物水解酶活性外，還表現出高效、特異性的陰離子依賴性精氨酰氨基肽酶活性。 LTA4H被視為發炎的治療標靶。
